If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return, replacement, or refund within 10 days of delivery—no hassle, no stress.

Returns Made Simple

We’ve made our return process easy and transparent:

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days from the delivery date
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • All items should be returned with:
    • Original packaging
    • Accessories and components
    • Warranty card and user manual

To ensure a smooth return, please pack the product securely as received. Any damage caused during return shipping due to poor packaging may lead to rejection or a restocking fee (up to 15%).

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed for the product value only
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product received is damaged or defective
  • Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 5 business days

Non-Returnable Products

    • Software-based products, audio interfaces, MIDI devices (after registration)
    • Earphones, earplugs, and wind instruments (due to hygiene concerns)

    • Digital pianos (88 keys)
    • Products with missing or tampered serial numbers
    • Open box items (unless non-functional)
    • Products damaged due to power or voltage issues
